French Dip Biscuits
Description
Flaky biscuits stuffed with tender roast beef and melted cheese, baked until golden, and served with a rich au jus for dipping. This easy recipe delivers the classic French dip flavor in a quick, comforting form.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 200–250 g deli roast beef (thinly sliced)
- 6 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 2 cups water

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the biscuits by separating the dough and flattening each piece slightly.
- Place a portion of roast beef and a slice of cheese onto each biscuit. Fold and seal the edges to enclose the filling.
- Arrange the stuffed biscuits seam-side down in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over the tops of the biscuits.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, prepare the au jus by combining the gravy mix with water in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook according to package instructions.
- Serve the warm biscuits with au jus on the side for dipping.
