Cheesy Ground Beef Stuffed Pull-Apart Slider Bake

Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated dinner rolls (12 count)
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of your favorite cheeses)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook ground beef
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and pizza sauce (if using). Remove from heat.
- Prepare rolls
- Separate the dinner rolls and slice each in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom.
- Assemble sliders
- Place the bottom halves in the baking dish, close together but not overlapping.
- Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the bottoms.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the beef.
- Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
- Brush with butter
- Brush the melted butter evenly over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
- Garnish and serve
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley or green onions, and serve warm.
