3-Ingredient Sugar-Free Strawberry Cloud Dessert
Description
A light, low-calorie, diabetic-friendly dessert made with only three simple ingredients. It contains no added sugar and is high in protein.
Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (or frozen, thawed)
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or stevia (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Place the strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the Greek yogurt and sweetener.
- Blend again until the mixture becomes creamy and slightly fluffy.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes before serving for a thicker texture.
Optional: Freeze for about 30 minutes if you prefer a mousse-like consistency.
