Description
A quick, single-serving chocolate dessert made in a mug using simple pantry ingredients. No oven required.

Instructions

Add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt to the mug. Mix well.

Pour in the milk and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth and no dry spots remain.
